Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze structural systems for commercial and large institutional projects.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Utilize advanced software tools for structural analysis and design.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
- Experience with commercial and large institutional projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (3 days WFH, 2 days in office).
